Dünya Ekmekleri:


Ekmek, doğrudan o yörenin ya da bölgenin mutfağı hakkında temel bir bilgi verebilmektedir. Yöresel ve bölgesel ekmekler çok uzun zaman içinde iklime, coğrafyaya, adetlere, kültüre ve inançlara uygun olarak gelişmekte ve şekillenmektedir. Bu nedenle bir yörede rağbet gören bir ekmek, başka bir yörede beğenilmez iken, birbirinden çok farklı yapım yöntemleri ve lezzetler ortaya çıkmaktadır.
